Who is Haitai

Founded in 1991, Haitai is committed to providing quality steel pipe products and services. With over 35 years of industry experience, Haitai has become a leading enterprise in China's steel pipe industry, with more than 400 employees and business operations in over 30 countries.

What does Haitai want to do?

We provide competitive pipe solutions in petrochemical, marine engineering, coal chemical industry, power boiler, mechanical processing, public utilities and other industries, continuously creating value for customers, stimulating personal potential, and enriching a wonderful life.

Total sales exceeds 800,000 tons

2023

Established an Anti-Corrosion Plant

2018

The upgrade was certified by ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14000: 2015 Environmental Management System.

Annual sales volume exceeded 600,000 tons.

2017

Annual sales volume exceeded 500,000 tons.

Overseas Development: HAITAI FZCO  (located in Dubai), became the group's first overseas subsidiary.

2016

Became the stockist supplier of SABIC.

Became excellent Supplier of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard CO., Ltd. and Shanghai Jiangnan Changxing Heavy Industries CO., Ltd.

2015

Became the designated supplier of the Malaysia National Petroleum Company Rapid Project.

2014

Became a supplier of Wanhua chemical group CO., LTD. Bajiao industrial park integration project.

Became a supplier of CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd.（CIMC Raffles）

2013

Enter the Southwest Market: HAITAI Chengdu was established.

East China Market Extension: HAITAI Wuxi was established.

2012

Information Platform Upgrade: Achieve overall supply chain system management, making warehousing, logistics distribution system integrated into the sales procurement financial system.

2011

Obtained the qualification of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) material purchasing management department supplier network.

Obtained the title of the top 50 private enterprises in Shanghai.

2010

Logistics Center Extension:  HAITAI Yantai was established.

Annual sales volume exceeded 400,000 tons.

2009

Became the partner of CITIC PACIFIC SPECIAL STEEL HOLDINGS.

The upgrade was certified by ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14000: 2004 Environmental Management System, and GB/T 28001: 2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

2008

Became the director of the Financial and Legal Work Committee of the Steel Chamber of Commerce of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Became the vice president of Shanghai Steel Services Association.

Shanghai steel trade top 50 in 2008. -- Top five in international trade.

2007

Upgrade was certified by ISO 9001: 2000 International Quality Management System, ISO 14000: 2004 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001: 1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

HAITAI won the steel pipe retail service industry Shanghai famous brand product title.

Enter South China Market: HAITAI Foshan was established.

Annual sales volume exceeded 300,000 tons.

2006

Set up foreign trade import and export business, Shanghai Haitai Steel International Trading CO., Ltd. was established.

Rated by WISON Group Holding Limited as an excellent supplier.

Office Automation System (OA) was online.

2005

Transformed into Shanghai Haitai Steel Tube (Group) CO., Ltd.

Information Platform Upgrade: Logistic financial integration management was built with the introduction of Kingdee K3 ERP management system.

Became partner with The Timken Corporation.

2004

Annual sales volume exceeded 200,000 tons.

Enter North China Market:   HAITAI Tianjin was established.

Became a partner with Hengyang VALIN Steel Tube CO., Ltd.（HYST）

2003

Became the designated supplier of 900,000 tons of ethylene project seamless steel pipe of Shanghai SECCO.

became a supplier of seamless steel pipe of CNOOC and Shell petrochemical company limited（CSPC）.

Top 50 of Baoshan District private enterprise of comprehensive strength.

2002

Became a partner of Yantai LuBao steel Pipe Limited Liability Company.

Ranked ninth among Shanghai's top 100 private enterprises.

Rated as a Class A tax credit unit in Shanghai for the first time.

2001

The foundation of the company office building.

The introduction of ISO 9001: 2000 international quality management system, and the authorization of the UK BSI.

Entered the SINOPEC procurement network, become one of its seamless steel pipe distribution centers.

Enter the Northwest Market:  HAITAI Xi'an was established.

2000

Annual sales volume exceeded 100,000 tons.

Became a partner with Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation.（TPCO）

Bring out Gaoda purchasing, selling and stock management system, warehouse management system and new financial management system.

NewGrand were put online, taking the lead in realizing information system management in the industry.

1999

Set up Asia single maximum 30,000 square meters storage logistics service center.

Established seamless steel pipe distribution as the main business.

East China Market Expansion: HAITAI Hangzhou, HAITAI Nanjing were established.

1998

Set up logistics distribution system, Shanghai Haitai Storage & Transportation CO., Ltd. was established.

1991

Founded in Shanghai, entered the steel pipe service industry, and became a steel products sales agent enterprise.
