In order to adjust the working pressure, create a good working atmosphere, and enhance the team cohesion and centripetal force, Haitai Steel Pipe specially organized a group building activity with the theme of "Overcome the thorns and cut through the thorns, and the future is foreseeable". On March 18, 2023, everyone drove to Dongping National Forest Park for a two-day group building activity.

PART01 Warm Up Exercise

Before the activity began, the coach led everyone to warm up and carefully explained the requirements for today's directional hiking.

PART.02 Directional Hiking

Subsequently, each team was ready to go, and the team members raised their flags to advance towards the goal, embarking on today's directional hiking journey.

On the way, the teams played Funny Games such as "Building a Tower Together", "Jumping Long Ropes", and "When the Water Is Ready". They cooperated with each other with high morale. Everyone worked together to complete the test of physical strength and perseverance, and realized the strength of unity and cooperation!

Finally, all six teams, Wu, successfully reached the finish line and completed all the main tasks. Everyone sat together, summarizing their experiences and sharing their insights.

PART.03 Frisbee Carnival

The next morning, everyone gathered on the square lawn to experience the fun of Frisbee Carnival. Frisbee advocates teamwork, where players understand and help each other in the game, thereby enhancing team cohesion.

Simple props have various gameplay options, such as Frisbee Nine Palaces, Frisbee Tournament, Frisbee Bowling, etc. Players control the frisbee to fly freely in the air, experience the fun of chasing, and release the pressure in their hearts.

PART.04 Award Celebration

After a round of game competitions, the champion was born, and everyone gathered together to give them awards, celebrate with champagne, and take photos. The cheers and laughter were lively, and the "Brave the Brave and Promising Future" team building activity came to an end.

In this group building activity, everyone enjoyed the fun of the activity, drew closer to each other, carried forward the spirit of "integrity, efficiency, struggle, continuous innovation, and win-win cooperation" of Haitai, and enhanced the team cohesion and centripetal force force. I believe that in the coming days, everyone can be more enthusiastic to work, and contribute to the future development of Haitai!
