The work summary meeting for the first half of 2023 of Haitai Steel Pipe Group was successfully held in the conference room on the third floor of the Shanghai headquarters from July 29th to 30th, 2023. More than 30 people including the group company's leadership team, department heads, and subsidiary heads participated in the meeting, jointly summarizing and reviewing various work in the first half of the year, and deploying the work plan for the second half of the year.

At the meeting, the heads of each department and regional subsidiary of the group reported one by one, summarizing in detail the business development situation in the first half of the year, carefully analyzing various problems and shortcomings encountered in the work, and proposing the focus and goals of the next quarter's work. Subsequently, in response to reports from various departments and regional subsidiaries, each leader made comments one by one, affirming the highlights of the business and providing reasonable suggestions for the shortcomings in the work.

The next morning, Mr. Gu Xiang, the general manager, gave a comprehensive summary of the group's work for the first half of 2023 and deployed the work for the second half of 2023. Mr. Gu pointed out that in the downward stage of the market situation, it is necessary to control capital risks and strive for steady progress, strengthen talent cultivation, optimize team assessment, enable rapid growth of the team, and improve comprehensive quality and business capabilities. In the first half of the year, the group's Kingdee Cloud and Starry Sky system was officially launched, marking the upgrade of the group from a single architecture system to a group management platform, achieving business and financial integration, and also strongly supporting the rapid expansion of Haitai logistics value-added services. At the same time, the Jingjiang Base is steadily and orderly under construction, forming a logistics distribution center in the East China region in the future. Through Kingdee data sharing and supply chain business collaboration, the group's operational and management capabilities can be effectively improved, laying a solid foundation for the further development of Haitai.

In the afternoon, the heads of various departments and business units of the group analyzed the current market situation and jointly discussed the direction of the company's business development in the second half of the year.
