On August 3-4, 2024, Haitai Steel Pipe Group held a work summary meeting for the first half of 2024, aiming to review the work achievements of the first half of the year, analyze the existing problems, and formulate clear goals and strategies for the second half of the year. The meeting was chaired by Gu Xiang, the General Manager of the Group, and 28 people including the leadership team of the Group, department heads, and heads of subsidiaries attended the meeting.
On August 3rd, the heads of various departments and subsidiaries of the group gave work reports, elaborating on their main work achievements in the first half of 2024, and planning their work for the second half of 2024. The group leaders provided comments and guidance respectively.
The next morning, Mr. Gu Xiang, the general manager, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the group's work in the first half of 2024, sorted out the work reports of various departments, analyzed in detail the work situation and shortcomings in the first half of the year, and put forward requirements for the company's work goals and priorities in the second half of the year.
Mr. Gu pointed out that in the first half of 2024, the group's sales volume has reached the predetermined target of 59%. In the fiercely competitive market environment, by continuously optimizing product structure and improving service quality, the group has successfully won multiple important project orders. At the same time, this year the company further expanded its sales network, adding Taizhou sales points and Jingjiang central warehouse. Under the leadership of the group headquarters, the subsidiaries in the East China region closely cooperated and made new breakthroughs in market development and warehousing logistics. In the second half of the year, we will continue to deepen our cooperation with existing customers and explore more opportunities for collaboration; Strengthen dynamic management of funds, adhere to cost reduction and efficiency improvement, enhance service quality, and take the path of standardized processes and specialized services.
In the afternoon, a special exchange meeting was held with the theme of "Service creates value". Zhang Xuejun, General Manager of Haitai Storage and Transportation, shared with everyone the management methods of warehousing and logistics; Wuxi Haitai Sales Manager Li Chen shared sales methods and service skills with everyone, and then everyone had a heated discussion centered around this. Finally, General Manager Gu emphasized the importance of standardization, collaborative cooperation, and information sharing among departments, and explicitly required department leaders to develop standardization work guidelines to help employees improve work efficiency and lay a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development. Finally, the heads of each business department and subsidiary of the group analyzed and judged the market situation in the third quarter, and jointly discussed the direction of the company's business development in the second half of the year.
