The autumn sunshine was just right, and the breeze was gentle. On the morning of October 25th, the partners from Haitai International Trade, Sales Department 2, and Purchasing Department 2 temporarily bid farewell to their busy offices and embarked on a team-building trip to Suzhou. The two-day adventure had begun!
Hiking on Qionglong Mountain: 15 kilometers of sweat and laughter
"What? 15 kilometers?" Upon hearing this figure, many of our teammates quietly broke out in a sweat. Don't worry, the activity coach has already prepared for this - a few ice-breaking games to warm up first. Amidst laughter, everyone quickly split into four small teams. The autumn scenery of Qionglong Mountain is as beautiful as a painting, with the blue sky reflecting the still verdant mountain scenery. And so, we set off!
The stone-paved road ahead was relatively easy, and everyone was chatting, laughing, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. However, the real challenge lay ahead - two sections of unpaved road stretched out before us. The fine weather for several days had made the gravel on the road mischievous, and a momentary lapse in attention could result in a "close encounter".
At this moment, the strength of the team shines:
"Come, I'll help you up!" "Leave it to me, I'll carry it for you!"
"Watch your step, it's a bit slippery here."
Along the way, male colleagues transformed into "guardians of the flowers", with many of them carrying two or three backpacks, becoming mobile "luggage racks". Although sweat soaked their backs and some were out of breath, no one stopped.
"I can't do it anymore" - the friend who said this was still moving forward. "So tired" - just as the complaint ended, another step was taken
That's it, we supported and encouraged each other. On the 15-kilometer journey, not a single person fell behind! When everyone reached the finish line, the sense of achievement could only be expressed through thunderous cheers.
Carnival under the stars: bonfire party and lawn KTV
At the campsite at night, the bonfire ignited our enthusiasm. Everyone held hands and formed a circle, dancing a traditional dance. Although the steps were messy, the laughter was in unison.
The "drum-beating and flower-passing" segment was a massive "social death" scene - co-workers who were forced to perform sang and danced, revealing a side of themselves that is absolutely unseen in the office.
During the lawn KTV session, more colleagues made a stunning appearance - those who are usually calm and reserved picked up the microphone and revealed their singing prowess, while their meticulous workmates danced with vibrant energy.
The evening party came to a close amidst the brilliant fireworks. Under the starry sky, we were no longer mere colleagues, but more like partners on an adventure together.
Tongli Ancient Town Murder Mystery Game: A Treasure Hunt Across Time and Space
After a night of rest, the next day we arrived at Tongli Ancient Town, a quaint and ancient place. Today's task was particularly interesting - changing costumes for a murder mystery game! The moment we put on our favorite ancient costumes and tidied up our hair in the mirror, a magical transformation took place - the sales director became a handsome young man, the purchasing girl transformed into a graceful lady from the south of the Yangtze River, and the usually serious manager wielded a folding fan, exuding a scholarly demeanor......
After the coach explained the rules, each group quickly immersed themselves in the treasure hunt and puzzle solving. The alleys of the ancient town were filled with our busy figures. When completing a task, they would frown tightly, and after solving it, they would clap and cheer, completely immersed in their roles and tasks. Teamwork reached its peak at this moment. From time to time, tourists would stop and watch, thinking they were watching a period drama!
