In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, relieve work pressure, strengthen communication and exchange among employees in Shanghai Haitai, Wuxi Haitai, Nanjing Haitai, and Taizhou Haitai, and further enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, recently, the four companies jointly launched a four-day team building tour in Wuyuan and Jingdezhen, Jiangxi with the theme of "Go to places without ceilings, find the powerful us". All employees temporarily bid farewell to their workstations and busy schedules, heading to the ancient town of mountains and rivers, the millennium porcelain capital, to relax their bodies and minds, gather friendships, and accumulate strength for progress in the natural scenery, cultural charm, and fun expansion.
On the first day of the trip, all personnel successfully gathered at Wuyuan High speed Railway Station, checked in and rested, and officially began this pleasant mountain and water journey.
The second day of team building was a lively time for team expansion and exploring Wunvzhou. Professional development coaches lead all employees to carry out fun team building activities. A series of interactive projects such as warm-up exercises, ice breaking at the start of the camp, team building, and relay messages were staged in rotation. Everyone broke down departmental and regional boundaries, cooperated and worked together, and laughter echoed throughout the venue. On weekdays, colleagues who are rigorous and focused relieve pressure, fully demonstrate vitality, and team cohesion and sense of belonging continue to heat up in relaxed games.

After lunch, everyone walked into the popular cultural and tourism landmark Wunvzhou Tourist Resort. Strolling through Huishi Street and checking in at popular tourist attractions, immersing yourself in the aesthetic of Huizhou life. As night falls, the night tour of Wunvzhou officially begins, with dazzling water dance and light shows, lively flower boat parades, and stunning intangible cultural heritage striking iron flowers staged in rotation, creating a visual feast that shakes the entire audience. Subsequently, all personnel watched the large-scale live performance "Three Lives and Three Generations" together. The play spanned three eras: ancient times, Warring States period, and Republic of China, conveying patriotism through touching stories. At the end of the performance, they also saw a stunning fire pot performance and fireworks show.

On the third day, the team went to Huangling and Jingdezhen, the porcelain capital, to enjoy the rainy scenery of Huangling and appreciate the ceramic heritage. After breakfast, everyone took a sightseeing cable car to climb up to the 5A level scenic spot of Huangling and check in on the famous sun drying autumn scenery. The Huizhou style ancient village, arranged in a fan-shaped pattern, is built along the mountain, with every household scattered on the mountain steps, creating a beautiful pastoral painting. Walking on the folk sky street, it feels like being in the flowing 'Along the River during Qingming Festival'; Special attractions such as the Republic of China Pavilion, Floating Houses, and Huaxi Water Street add a touch of "sky blue and misty rain" due to rainy weather.

After finishing their trip to Huangling, the team drove to Jingdezhen to visit the Sculpture Porcelain Factory and Taoxichuan Ceramic Cultural and Creative Park. Here, old and new blend together, traditional ceramic craftsmanship collides with trendy cultural and creative elements to create a unique spark. Strolling through the cultural and creative district, you can feel the artistic charm of the millennium old porcelain city keeping pace with the times. Walking into the sculpture porcelain factory, this is a gathering place for handmade ceramic creators, with a wide variety of unique ceramic works in different shapes. Everyone is immersed in the world of ceramics and eventually returns with a full load.

On the last day of the journey, we will delve into the millennium ceramic history of Jingdezhen. The group visited the Taoyangli scenic area one after another, and the four-day team building trip came to a successful end. In Taoyang, people stroll along the ancient Song and Yuan dynasties, explore the brick alleys of Ming and Qing kilns, visit the ruins of the Imperial Kiln Factory and the Imperial Kiln Museum, get up close to learn about Jingdezhen's more than 2000 years of pottery making history and 600 years of imperial kiln history, touch the dusty porcelain relics, and understand the cultural code of the "Porcelain Capital" that has been passed down for thousands of years.

A journey of mountains and waters, walking together with one heart. This cross regional joint team building not only allows all employees to step out of the office and relax and release stress in the green mountains, clear waters, and ancient porcelain charm, but also builds a bridge for communication and exchange among employees in Wuxi, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Taizhou, bringing them closer together and consolidating the team's cohesion. The laughter and joy that accompanied us all the way, the warm moments of working together, and the humanistic scenery that soaked our hearts, all became the driving force for all Haitai people on their journey forward.
In the future, all employees will bring back the relaxed attitude, collaborative spirit, and high fighting spirit gained from this team building to their work positions. With more enthusiasm, unity, and strength, they will work hand in hand, forge ahead, build dreams together, embark on a new journey, and jointly help Haitai steadily develop and achieve better results!
